The revival coincided with a socio-political transformation of Argentinean society. After half a century of dictatorships and Perónism, democracy was restored, and structural changes paved the way for an autonomisation of the political, economic, scientific and religious spheres. The "new" form of society that developed resembles what in this study is called a Western model, which to a large degree has been, and still is, spread on a global scale. In this book, Aasmundsen examines the religious sphere and how Pentecostals relate to society at large, and the political and judicial spheres in particular. 588 0 Print version record and CIP data provided by publisher; resource not viewed. 590 eBooks on EBSCOhost|bEBSCO eBook Subscription Academic Collection - North America 650 0 Pentecostalism|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/ sh85099634|zArgentina.|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ names/n79070134-781 650 0 Christianity and politics|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ subjects/sh85025283|zArgentina.|0https://id.loc.gov/ authorities/names/n79070134-781 650 0 Pentecostalism|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/ sh85099634|xPolitical aspects|0https://id.loc.gov/ authorities/subjects/sh00005651|zArgentina.|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n79070134-781 650 0 Religion and politics|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ subjects/sh85112577|zArgentina.|0https://id.loc.gov/ authorities/names/n79070134-781 650 7 Pentecostalism.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/ 1057199 650 7 Christianity and politics.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/ fast/859736 650 7 Religion and politics.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast /1093842 650 7 RELIGION|xChristian Church|xHistory.|2bisacsh 650 7 Church history.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/860740 650 7 RELIGION|xChristianity|xHistory.|2bisacsh 651 0 Argentina|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n79070134 |xChurch history.|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects /sh99005023 651 7 Argentina.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/1205614 655 4 Electronic books. 655 7 Church history.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/ 1411629 776 08 |iPrint version:|aAasmundsen, Hans Geir.|tPentecostals, politics, and religious equality in Argentina.|dBoston : Brill, 2016|z9789004325043|w(DLC) 2016039092 830 0 Religion in the Americas Ser. 856 40 |uhttps://rider.idm.oclc.org/login?url=https:// search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&scope=site& db=nlebk&AN=1403066|zOnline ebook via EBSCO.
