But as the big day comes, he falls into lonely and isolated despair. A dark and searing portrait of one man's solitude and its repercussions, 'Harry's Christmas' examines society's hypocrisy at the time of year when emotional pressure is at its highest. It premiered at the Donmar Warehouse, London, in December 1985. |
