Biography Nicole Gillespie is the KPMG Chair in Organizational Trust and a Professor of Management at the University of Queensland, Australia,and an International Research Fellow at the Centre for Corporate Reputation, Oxford University, UK. Her research focuses on the development and repair of trust in organizations and in the context of technological disruption. C. Ashley Fulmer is an Assistant Professor of Management at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University, USA. Her research centers on trust dynamics in organizations, affect and emotions in management, and levels of analysis theory and research. Roy J. Lewicki is the Irving Abramowitz Professor of Management and Human Resources Emeritus at the Ohio State University, USA. He is a leading scholar in the fields of negotiation, conflict management, and trust.
