In addressing this question, Harstine's study falls into two parts. The first is an analysis of the character Moses as utilized in the text of the Fourth Gospel. The second is an examination of other Hellenistic narrative texts, in which the character of Homer is also considered, as another important legendary figure with whom the readers of the Fourth Gospel would have been familiar. 588 0 Print version record. 590 eBooks on EBSCOhost|bEBSCO eBook Subscription Academic Collection - North America 600 00 Moses|c(Biblical leader)|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ names/n79058331 600 07 Moses|c(Biblical leader)|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/ fast/36088 600 17 Mose.|2swd 630 00 Bible.|pJohn|xCriticism, interpretation, etc.|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh87003677 630 00 Bible|xCriticism, interpretation, etc.|xHistory|yEarly church, ca. 30-600.|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ subjects/sh85013622 630 06 Bible.|pJean|xCritique, interprétation, etc. 630 7 Bible.|pJohn.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/1696638 630 07 Bible.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/1356024 630 07 Bible.|pJohn.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/1696638 630 07 Johannesevangelium.|2swd 648 7 30-600|2fast 655 4 Electronic books. 655 7 Criticism, interpretation, etc.|2fast|0https:// id.worldcat.org/fast/1411635 655 7 History.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/1411628 776 08 |iPrint version:|aHarstine, Stan.|tMoses as a character in the Fourth Gospel.|dLondon ; New York : Sheffield Academic Press, ©2002|z0826460267|w(DLC) 2002491078 |w(OCoLC)50708306 830 0 Journal for the study of the New Testament.|pSupplement series ;|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n42031989 |v229. 856 40 |uhttps://rider.idm.oclc.org/login?url=http:// search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&scope=site& db=nlebk&AN=378132|zOnline eBook.
