Summary |
The overall goal of the program outlined in this workbook is to improve the health and well-being of individuals with MS by teaching them skills to manage stress. Although originally designed to be used in conjunction with visits to a qualified therapist, this workbook can be used on its own if the patient has the motivation to work through the program himself. |
