Summary |

King Kelly of the U.S.A.: James "King" Kelly is a theatrical producer traveling to Europe to put on his latest show. While aboard ship, Kelly falls in love with Catherine, who is really Princess Tania of Belgardia traveling in disguise. Upon arriving in Belgardia, Kelly takes the guise of an efficiency expert and impresses the local government by saving the local mop industry from ruination by the on set of vacuum cleaners. Meanwhile, with Belgardia in debt to rival country Moronia, Princess Tania is forced to agree to marry Prince Alexis, the aging leader of Moronia. Kelly discovers his love's true identity and must come up with a plan to save the country and Princess Tania. |
