       El país ha carecido de estabilidad y al llegar el 
       bicentenario sigue válida la definición de Basadre: el 
       Estado es empírico y está basado en un abismo social.  En

       las propuestas antisistema como contraparte del país 
       oficial. Por ello, el argumento se sitúa en la tensión que
       ha dividido al Perú y sostiene que no se ha resuelto.  El

       la nación. Sus logros y héroes son analizados en busca de 
       los mitos que la fundan como entidad independiente. Aquí
