The 2nd work, a motet, "is, in fact, not an original work, but an arrangement of the Pantomime in Apollo's Temple, from Act 1 of Gluck's opera Alceste (1767/1776). Hummel added a brief introduction and made minor changes here and there, but esentially preserved Gluck's original."--Slipcover.
