A brilliant inventor's creations seem so magical, he becomes known as "The Sorcerer." The inventor decides to create a robot to clean for him, but soon his robot-apprentice attempts to create an apprentice for himself, with near disastrous results.
Note
The Sorcerer's Apprentice is an ancient tale that goes back to Greek and Egyptian times. The oldest known version was by the Greek writer Lucian, whose sorcerer was a priest of the Egyptian god Isis. German poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's version, Der Zauberlehrling (1797), was written as a 14-stanza ballad. Perhaps the best known version today is the 1940 film version by Walt Disney from his film Fantasia.
