Summary	This is a look back to the 1970's beginnings of the women's movement and what preceded it in the history of the LDS church with regard to women's rights within that church, the state of Utah, and across the country. It is an interesting and fascinating story, superbly documented, with equally engrossing views from both sides of the controversies, showing how a once radical church became a bast ion of conservatism.
