Supporting documentation in practice. 520 Documentation of compliance with the legislation is a corner stone in the control of food contact materials (FCM). In-house control is an important pre-requisite to limit contamination from FCM and shall be based on the declaration of compliance and supporting documentation at the responsible business operators in the supply chain. The goal of this project was to develop a Nordic checklist on documentation of compliance for FCM. The Nordic checklist contains several templates. The different templates provide check points on the minimum requirements for a declaration of compliance for all types of materials. The templates are meant to be used by industry and trade as guidance for drafting a declaration of compliance. Furthermore, the check lists are also meant to be tools for the public food and FCM inspection. 588 0 Vendor-supplied metadata. 590 eBooks on EBSCOhost|bEBSCO eBook Subscription Academic Collection - North America 650 0 Food contamination|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ subjects/sh85050272|zScandinavia|0https://id.loc.gov/ authorities/subjects/sh85117937-781|xPrevention.|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh99002416 650 0 Food|xSafety measures|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ subjects/sh2001007789|xStandards|0https://id.loc.gov/ authorities/subjects/sh00007508|zScandinavia.|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85117937-781 650 0 Food|xSafety measures|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ subjects/sh2001007789|xGovernment policy|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh99005269|zScandinavia. |0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85117937-781 650 0 Food|xQuality|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/ sh88006843|zScandinavia.|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ subjects/sh85117937-781 650 0 Food industry and trade|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/ subjects/sh85050282|xGovernment policy.|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh99005269 650 7 Food contamination.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/ 930746 650 7 Food|xSafety measures.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast /930602 650 7 Government policy.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/ 1353198 650 7 Food|xQuality.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/930583 650 7 Food industry and trade|xGovernment policy.|2fast|0https:/ /id.worldcat.org/fast/930886 650 7 Food industry and trade.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/ fast/930843 651 7 Scandinavia.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/1242804 653 Consumer protection 653 Food 655 0 Electronic books. 655 4 Electronic books. 856 40 |uhttps://rider.idm.oclc.org/login?url=http:// search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&scope=site& db=nlebk&AN=1098990|zOnline eBook via EBSCO.
