Note MS.; the original 15th. century ms. (Codes palat. 87) is in the Biblioteca mediceo-laurenziana, in Florence.

The ms. is named after Antonio Squarcialupi, a composer and organist of the 15th century, whose inscription, "Questo libro รจ di M. di bartolomeo schuarcialupi horganista in sacncta maria del fiore" appears on the first leaf.
For 2-3 voices, unaccompanied.
Many of the leaves are blank, containing headings and staff lines only.
