In 2008, the National Research Council completed a comprehensive assessment of the SBIR and STTR programs. The first-round study found that the programs were "sound in concept and effective in practice." Building on the outcomes from the Phase I study, this second phase examines both topics of general policy interest that emerged during the first phase and topics of specific interest to individual agencies, and provides a second snapshot to measure the program's progress against its legislative goals. 588 0 Online resource; title from PDF title page (viewed March 5, 2016). 590 eBooks on EBSCOhost|bEBSCO eBook Subscription Academic Collection - North America 610 10 United States.|bDepartment of Health and Human Services. |bSmall Business Innovation Research Program.|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n85002914 610 17 United States.|bDepartment of Health and Human Services. |bSmall Business Innovation Research Program.|2fast|0https ://id.worldcat.org/fast/1852721 610 20 National Science Foundation (U.S.).|bSmall Business Innovation Research Program|0https://id.loc.gov/ authorities/names/n84176522|xEvaluation.|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh00005674 610 20 Small Business Technology Transfer Program (U.S.)|0https:/ /id.loc.gov/authorities/names/no97055128|xEvaluation. |0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh00005674 610 20 Small Business Technology Transfer Program (U.S.)|0https:/ /id.loc.gov/authorities/names/no97055128 610 27 National Science Foundation (U.S.).|bSmall Business Innovation Research Program.|2fast|0https:// id.worldcat.org/fast/596130 610 27 Small Business Technology Transfer Program (U.S.)|2fast |0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/731512 650 0 Small business|xTechnological innovations|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85123582|xResearch |0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh2002006576 |zUnited States.|0https://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/ n78095330-781 650 0 Federal aid to small business|zUnited States.|0https:// id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh2009124182 650 0 Small business|xGovernment policy|zUnited States.|0https:/ /id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh2008111755 650 7 Evaluation.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/916975 650 7 Small business|xTechnological innovations.|2fast|0https:// id.worldcat.org/fast/1121372 650 7 Research.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/1095153 650 7 Federal aid to small business.|2fast|0https:// id.worldcat.org/fast/922285 650 7 Small business|xGovernment policy.|2fast|0https:// id.worldcat.org/fast/1121285 651 2 United States.|0https://id.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/D014481 651 7 United States.|2fast|0https://id.worldcat.org/fast/1204155 655 4 Electronic books. 710 2 National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (U.S.).|bCommittee on Capitalizing on Science, Technology, and Innovation: An Assessment of the Small Business Innovation Research Program--Phase II,|0https://id.loc.gov /authorities/names/n2016182231|eissuing body. 710 2 National Research Council (U.S.).|bBoard on Science, Technology, and Economic Policy,|0https://id.loc.gov/ authorities/names/no94021199|eissuing body. 776 08 |iErscheint auch als:|nDruck-Ausgabe|tNational Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
