The goal of this student forum on September 20, 1997 is to discuss the connections between different ideas and the academic courses that might have influenced the students world view. Exploring topics such as technology, business, mass media, biology, political science, literature, etc. students speak briefly about the most significant idea that addresses to their particular Theme work. Finally, the Theme Program director and faculty Linda Materna and professor Barry Seldes open up a dialog on interconnections between the Theme Program courses, student experience and how the ideas drawn from the Theme Program apply to their life beyond college. |
