Title Emergency relief funds for Tropical Storm Alberto, the January 17th earthquake in southern California, storm-caused mudslides in Kentucky, and the Midwest floods of 1993 : communication from the President of the United States transmitting his request to make available appropriations totalling $16,150,000 in budget authority for the Departments of the Interior and Labor, the Corporation for National and Community Service, and the Legal Services Corporation, and to designate these amounts as emergency requirements pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 1107.
